We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Automation to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Drive the automation of infrastructure processes, reducing manual intervention and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Champion the use of automation tools and practices across the organization, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Continually monitor and adjust automated processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Resolving Monitoring issues for our internal infrastructure
Supporting the Head of Infrastructure and networks in project delivery
Mentoring and training to develop Service Desk engineers in infrastructure skills
Customer service is paramount to us, which is why we only look for candidates with excellent customer facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Backup and Replication - Veeam (Backup & Recovery, Office 365 and Cloud Connect), Zerto, in multi-tenant environments
Automation - Automation and scripting using N-Central, Ansible, Puppet; scripting languages PowerShell, Python, Bash
Microsoft 365/Azure - Managing Microsoft Azure & Office 365 including Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manager
Windows Server - Installing, configuring, supporting Active Directory, Exchange Server, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, NPS, IIS, ADFS, ADCS in complex enterprise environments
Remote Desktop Services - Experience supporting and troubleshooting RDS, RemoteApp and Citrix environments (on-prem and cloud)
Networking - Network troubleshooting at 3rd line; supporting Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiNet, Draytek, Juniper, Cisco firewalls
Endpoint Support - Experience with Windows desktop, application, tablet and mobile device support
full clean UK driving license
