A Technical Consultant is required for our client who are based in Manchester. The purpose of the role is to support continued growth within the business and to work within our growing project delivery team. You will be responsible for the successful planning,delivery, and documentation of complex projects to customers. You will need to have excellent customer facing skills with the ability to take proposals created by technical architects and account managers, to deliver complex solutions based on their specifications.Projects you will be delivering will be a mixture of remote and on site.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Project Delivery
- Delivering complex implementation projects to customers.

Training customers on implemented solutions.

Acting as the technical lead on complex solutions.

Liaising with the project teams on delivery.

Project Planning - Producing technical project plans for complex solutions

Working with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered

Experience required:
Proven experience in planning and implementing networking projects.

Extensive experience with Juniper, Cisco, and Palo alto products.

Experience working with complex Wi-Fi deployments.

Experience working with Unified Communications.

Microsoft Stack experience include Microsoft 365

An ability to work independently and perform own research

Extreme professionalism and personal presentation

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Must hold Full UK Driving Licence

Windows Desktop and Application Support

Windows Server installation & Configuration

Virtualisation (VMware and Hyper V)

Storage (SANs)

VOIP Telephony

Cloud Platforms - Experience with public and private cloud such as AWS and Azure

Relevant networking qualifications CCNA, PCNSA, JNCIA (Desirable)
