It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:
Scope and Purpose
• To cover all the areas of the Accounting Department.• Opening anagraphic (customers, bonds, cd's and impersonal accounts).• Daily inputting and subsequent filing. Uploading Fex, curves and bonds prices.• Preparation and analysis of daily p/l reports.• Checking daily reports and investigating any discrepancies. • Assisting in preparing the Managements Accounts• BOE and Head Office reporting.• Assisting in preparing any relevant tax issues.• Booking items over fixed assets register.
Required Experience
An Accounting, Administration background is preferable.A minimum of 3 years of experience.
Competencies Required
• Able to deliver high work standards, proactive and committed in all aspects of his/her role.• Able to work extra hours during certain periods.• Good communication and organizational skills.• Prepared to take responsibility and assist the colleagues within the teams.• Knowledge of the Italian language would be an advantage.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
• Accounting & Finance, relevant work experience and/or Accounting qualifications preferable.• Financial services background highly desirable. • Proficiency in MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point essential.
