Location: Central London(2 days office, 3 days home)
Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Role (Minimum 12 months)
About the Role:
A leading company in the travel industry is seeking a dynamic professional to join their Global Supply team as an Associate Account Manager. This hybrid role is based in their Central London office and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for travel and sales to make an immediate impact in a well-known global company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow relationships with tour, activity, and attraction suppliers in assigned destinations.
- Proactively reach out to suppliers and provide recommendations to enhance product quality.
- Retain supply, secure inventory, and develop new products to meet traveller demand, increasing destination conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve product terms and grow destination value.
- Research assigned destinations, identify new suppliers, drive outreach, and onboard target suppliers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers, resolving issues and answering questions.
- Audit and edit destinations and points of interest within assigned territories to serve traveller needs and interests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in account management
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential , as the position will cover part of our Italian markets.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand technical systems and processes.
- Polished internal and external communication skills.
