They are building out a portfolio of consumer-facing services, to become a wide-ranging property services company - the go-to agency for anything property related, and not just the transactional sale or letting of a property. From building an extension, laying a lawn, from helping you pick the right mortgage, to helping you pack and move, they offer more than anyone else. The Druce team is expanding across London and the UK, as well as expanding into overseas markets, currently Dubai, Singapore, and Vietnam, with more to follow.
As part of their continued growth, they are currently looking for a talented L&D specialist to sit within the HR department. This is a pivotal role that will sit within the customer-facing teams, sales, lettings, operations, IT and data teams.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri. Contract: Permanent | Full Time
Working closely with the Learning & Development Director on key learning programmes and initiatives, the Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for creating, launching, and delivering engaging learning sessions and solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of their employees. The Learning and Development Specialist is expected to deliver training in person and virtually and will be instrumental in the creation of eLearning content that can be hosted on a Learning Management System (LMS).
Developing comprehensive learning materials, including training modules, presentations, manuals, and guides, tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization.
D elivery of Training Sessions: Facilitating engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and courses, both in-person and virtually, to employees across all levels and departments
E -Learning Development: Leading the design, development, and implementation of eLearning courses and modules using various authoring tools and platforms
N eeds Analysis: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and metrics analysis, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Supporting the planning and delivery of current learning initiatives including the newly launched Druce Development Academy.
Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in learning and development to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of their learning programs
That they are a creative thinker that is solutions Focused
2-3 years previous experience in learning and development roles, with experience in instructional design, curriculum development, aligned to adult learning principles.
