We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary of £100 - £120 per day and is a full-time, long-term position. You will work with a small class size, providing focused attention and tailored support to ensure every child reaches their full potential. This role stands out due to the supportive environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to make a real impact on students' lives.
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly in KS1 and KS2.
• Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
• Preparing and organising teaching materials and resources.
Competitive daily rate of £100 - £120.
• Access to continuous professional development and training.
• Opportunities to lead and innovate in teaching practices.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification.
