To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:
- have compliance experience in banking

What You'll be Doing:
- Identifying the regulatory risks that the Branch faces;
- The design and implementation of the policies and procedures, systems and controls that constitute the Compliance Programs and their related activities designed to prevent unethical, or improper conduct;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of those systems and controls;
- The provision of training and guidance to management and employees;
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Compliance.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- A Bachelor degree or above, ideally of a legal or business related educational background;
- 5 years’ experience in a compliance role within the financial industry is preferred;
- Experience in contract law will be beneficial;
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin will be an advantage;
- Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication and inter-cultural skills.
