About the role

We are looking for acustomer service superstar who is passionate about giving the verybest service and helping our users with first line enquiries. You willbe inquisitive, enjoy investigating and solving problems and be ableto actively listen to customers and find solutions You will be a mainpoint of contact for a variety of users within the school, resolvingqueries via telephone, email, and webchat in a timely manner.

A day in the life of a CSA at Arbor..

Providing excellent first line support to resolvecustomer queries via incoming calls, webchat and emails.

Identifying any risk and relaying the information torelevant teams, working well internally.

Ensuringqueries/complaints are resolved for clients within service levelagreements (SLAs).

Maintain and keep records up todate.

Consistently represent and work in line withcompany values.

Helping to write up further FAQs andonline guide materials.

Going the extra mile todelight customers

Identifying and proactively sharingkey themes arising from calls and emails.

Capturingcustomer feedback on feature requests and sharing this via theinternal roadmap process.

RoleProgression

Within 1 month, youll:

Have anunderstanding of our core products, services and end users

Understand how our Customer Team works - and how your rolecontributes to our goals

Have met key team membersfrom Projects, 2nd Line and Digital

Be contributingto daily and weekly meetings with suggestions

Within 3 months, youll:

Be confident speakingto our end users, solving queries and resolving issues

Be confident using our house style of verbal and writtencommunications with customers

Understand our internalsystems and processes as well as helping us to make these moreefficient

Within 6 months, youll:

Be a key part of our feedback process, helping product,project and engineering teams

Be confident working toand within our SLAs

Be part of our ongoing scalingprojects to help our customers in a variety of channels includingwebchat

About you

Strong problem-solver who isnt afraid to work across teamsto find solutions.

Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills.

Enjoys investigating a problemand coming up with creative solutions.

The ability towork collaboratively with your teammates to achieve team & departmentobjectives.

Understanding of the national educationallandscape is desirable but not essential.

A proactiveapproach to answering calls, webchat and emails.

Experience using a CRM or MIS system or at least theability to learn new systems quickly

Proficient inspoken and written English.

Ability to workeffectively within a fast-paced, and results-oriented culture, bydemonstrating strong operating instincts, organisational skills anddiscipline.

Our1st stage interviewtakesplace with 2 Support Team Leadsonline- we use Google Meet for themajority of our video interviews. This will be1 hour 30 minuteslong,covering competency and scenario based questions for us to understandyour experience further but also a chance for you to learn more aboutwhat you might be doing day to day. Therewill alsobe a Live Chat roleplay and we'll send you a document to helpprepare.

Our2nd and final stage interviewwill be a videocallwithEmily Dowse(Head of Support)which would be a culture fit styleinterviewand will focus around ourvalues and missionas all Arboremployees are very much aligned to our impact led mission
