**Mission**:
The Technical Specialist will deliver technical skills and knowledge across multiple client accounts each with varying requirements.

Working in conjunction with the Technical Pre-Sales team and wider Professional Services Team to deliver technical services to a high level while always aware of where services expansion is possible.

**Workplace**:
Reporting into the Services Manager (UK & I) based in Leeds, this is a remote / Leeds hybrid opportunity.
Travel requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing 3rd level support to customers and service employees in case of complex problems / malfunctions of software / hardware
- Supporting the service staff.
- Acquire knowledge about new products and solutions.
- Advising/instructing the customer with regard to solving the malfunction.
- Advising on the prevention of recurrence.
- Writing training programs that are in line with TGCS practice.
- Stay informed of all changes and changes of a product/system.
- Write the content of the training courses.
- Describe documentation and instructions regarding the software/hardware.
- Carrying out the training programs, related to software/hardware, by training service employees
- Providing documentation/procedures to the staging & installation upon the introduction of new software/hardware and/or changes in this regard.
- Realising customer pilots/configurations/gold-builds for installations, products and solutions.
- Lead and drive Gold Build Creation services, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Sysprep, Powershell Scripting and Microsoft WDS.
- Provide SCCM Technical Services, providing solution management for several clients
- Application build testing and remote software deployment for clients
- Assist in creating and diversifying Technical Solution Services
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your Manager in order for the company to achieve its Departmental and Corporate objectives.

**Essential**:

- Technical Consultancy customer-facing experience
- Proven Technical and IT Services Experience
- SCCM management experience
- Windows image building, Sysprep, Scripting, WDS
- Development / Programming skills
- Good commercial acumen
- Ability to explain and present technical solutions
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

**Desirable**:

- Background in POS Hardware & Application
- PowerShell Scripting
- Windows image building, Sysprep
- Cloud technologies
- Microsoft, Linux O/S
- Microservices Architecture
- Microsoft InTune***
