We have partnered with a contemporary E Commerce menswear brand, who is looking for an Operations manager to ensure smooth flow of product and imagery for collections and website. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to manage and coordinate between design, product,suppy chain, marketing, PR, Customer service and warehouse , to ensure a clear brand message and product of exceptional finish that is exciting and represents this entrepreneurial brands ethos.
The successful candidate must have a fashion background.

Arranging all required travel across the team.
Experience of being involved with collaborations is a bonus
Be clear point of communication between brand owners and staff
Ensure all facilities requirements for the the studio such as equipment etc. Collating ad hoc reports
Oversee and collaborate with all areas of the business
Experienced at delivering ad hoc projects
Experience of being agile and reacting efficiently to a changing market


Experience within a similar role within fashion
Previous experience of coordinating between teams and executing projects with a timely fashion
A strong experience in working closely with the creatives and managing their workflow with a comprehensive approach of the 360 business needs to align designers
Ability to partner with creative team to ensure milestones on the critical path are met
In depth understanding of youth market, fashion & culture
