We are looking for a Senior Commercial Planning Manager - Flavourings and Seasonings to join our team where you'll be instrumental in driving the business forward. You will be working with a team of individuals focused on a single category across all sales channels and formats. Your remit is to partner with Customer Directors, relevant Account Managers, Marketing teams, and the broader supply chain to achieve our business objectives.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter with strong priority-setting capability and who is a confident decision-maker. Responsible for translating brand & category strategies into plans to deliver budgeted sales, profit and NPD targets
Develop, agree, drive execution of promotional strategy and guidelines across all brands / channels within the category.
Improve promotional return on investment for brands category
Analyse and review business forecast & key issues in business planning process influencing Customer and Sales Directors to drive outperformance.
Accountable for the commercialisation of NPD including pricing, promotional support and ensuring execution through the sales team achieving objectives
