A Financial FX company based in London are looking to recruit an ' Paralegal Associate .'
This role would suit candidates from an Employment and Commercial law background. Industry experience within Financial services would also be highly desirable.

The role offers a very competitive salary package and benefits.

London/office based (moving to hybrid after 6 months.) This is a permanent role.

Develop an understanding of FX markets and cutting-edge digital currencies.
Work closely with Head of Talent with UK & UAE Employment law firms.
Review legal documents including NDAs, service agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Prepare legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, employment contracts.
Ensure all legal documents are signed and filed accurately in a timely manner;
Liaise with and being involved in legal discussions with our external law firms;
Keep abreast of legal cases involving the company and reporting back to the board on any developments;
Develop a good understanding of business strategy and support this strategy by giving up to date legal advice and guidance.
Work collaboratively with trading, marketing, compliance, branding and product management to help business development.

Experience in employment law and preferably HR & Commercial law.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
You must have studied banking and finance law; Corporate law and business law is ideal but not essential
A Law degree and have experience in shadowing a paralegal.
