We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team at Goodman Masson, a leading recruitment agency in the legal sector. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the legal technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Documentation: Utilize your legal knowledge to support the codification of complex agreements, such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement).
  • Client Management: Manage the client journey from client inception to project delivery, ensuring clear communication and a seamless, high-level experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team providing direction and support where necessary.
  • Client Requirements: Collaborate with clients to capture and address their specific requirements during implementation.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Legal Technology: A passion for working in market-leading legal technology firms.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal in documentation review.
  • Legal Operations: Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Onboarding, Contract Negotiation is vital.
  • Contract Exposure: Legal contract exposure - ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA etc.
  • Education: A degree in Law is desired.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills.

What We Offer:

A 6-month fixed-term contract with the expectation for extension. Competitive salary in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
