About the Role:

EJ Legal is seeking a skilled Development Sales Paralegal to join their team in London. As a Development Sales Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of property sales, handling shared ownerships and outright sales, and providing clients with regular progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large number of deadlines related to various transactions.
  • Deal with requisitions raised by the Land Registry.
  • Provide support and assistance to fee earners within the team.
  • Assist in relation to stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals.
  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous Residential, Development or Property Sales experience, ideally from a law firm environment.
  • Previous experience working with housing associations/developers would be an advantage.
  • Interest in Plot and Development Sales.
