The success of our entire business relies on digital channels and a self-service first model. We’re building these journeys that also allow our contact centre agents to fully support our customers and plug the gaps where self-service isn’t possible.


Managing the build and continuous delivery of awesome software experiences that improve performance of our platforms
Managing stakeholders through steering, agile ceremonies, stand-ups and workshops
Continuous monitoring of product-related technical debt, working alongside the developers to ensure that sprints have an appropriate mix of new functionality, fixes and on demands changes
Development of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Epics
Digital agency experience
Experience of working with both front-end and backend tech teams to deliver projects
UX Team
Development teams
Heavyweight digital product owner experience
Project Manager collaboration
Development of User Stories
Sprint planning and tracking
Risk and issue management
Agile project estimation using story pointing and velocity reporting
Project financial modelling


Demonstrable experience of having delivered brilliant digital products and services
Proven personal development, self-management and a desire to be brilliant
Passionate about UX and previous involvement in creative UX builds
strong user story writing experience using, gherkin/cucumber format and providing acceptance criteria
Digital agency experience
Experience of working with both front-end and backend tech teams to deliver projects

Ecotricity is Britain's greenest energy company. Our mission was, and remains, to change the way energy is made and used in Britain - by replacing fossil fuels with clean, renewable energy.

We don't just supply green energy, we use the money from our customers' bills to make it ourselves too - we build windmills, sun parks and green gasmills in Britain. Some of our biggest achievements to date include building Britain's first megawatt windmill and the country's first grid-scale sun park, as well as building our first green gasmill, generating 100% green gas from a source that we will never run out of - grass.

We don't just focus on energy though- we built the Electric Highway, Britain's leading network of electric vehicle charging points; we helped Forest Green Rovers become the greenest football club in the world; and we launched Britain's greenest mobile phone service, Ecotalk, where they use the money from their customers' bills to protect and regenerate Britain's lost rainforests.
