We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at Ecotricity, a pioneering green energy company. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of technology and associated business change, driving the success of our digital channels and self-service model.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing stakeholders, agile ceremonies, and requirement gathering workshops. You will be responsible for monitoring product-related technical debt, prioritizing requirements based on business goals, and developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the build and continuous delivery of software experiences that improve platform performance
- Lead stakeholders through steering, agile ceremonies, and workshops
- Run requirement gathering workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor product-related technical debt and work with developers to ensure sprints have an appropriate mix of new functionality, fixes, and on-demand changes
- Manage the Product Backlog and prioritize requirements based on business goals
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics
- Demonstrable experience in delivering digital products and services
- Strong Jira experience, including story pointing and velocity tracking
- Attention to detail and methodical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven personal development, self-management, and desire to be brilliant
