We are excited to announce that we are on the lookout for an experienced Operations Director to join the team at MAKE, one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies.
This pivotal role involves close collaboration with our founders and other key members of the leadership team, crafting and executing the operational blueprint that aligns seamlessly with our ambitious business objectives and enhances our efficiency and growth.
As our Operations Director, you'll lead the strategic planning and execution of operational processes, ensuring our operations are scalable, agile, and capable of supporting our rapid growth. Evaluate and enhance our operational structures to ensure they are equipped to support business growth and adapt to changes in the digital market.
# Oversee the selection and implementation of agency processes & solutions to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enrich the client experience.
# Look at where the skill gaps are within the agency and create a business case for new hires based on profitability and commercial viability.
# Uphold and elevate our standards of service delivery, ensuring MAKE remains a trusted and preferred partner in the digital marketing space.
# Strategise and manage the expansion of our digital infrastructure to keep pace with industry advancements and client expectations.

Strategic Development of Profitable Services: Lead the development of tailored products and services through in-depth billing data analysis, aiming to surpass profitability benchmarks.
Engage actively in identifying new opportunities, refining service offerings, and adjusting pricing strategies to boost financial outcomes.
Spearhead the integration of state-of-the-art systems to revolutionise the agency's approach to project quoting and resource allocation.
Brings a wealth of experience in operational leadership within the digital or social agency sector, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
Demonstrates a proven track record in enhancing operational processes, managing complex projects, and leading technology-driven improvements.
Embraces the flexible and dynamic nature of agency work, prepared for the challenges and opportunities it presents.
Salary / Bonus Depending on experience
