Lead on the development and implementation of national NHS workforce initiatives and policies that support the effective operation and delivery of the NHS workforce tripartite social partnership.
Co-ordinate the activities of relevant network meetings and other forums as defined by the governance structure.
The post-holder will facilitate policy and delivery in key areas which currently include commitments in the tripartite NHS Wales Partnership Forum work programme and the collective agreements with our recognised health unions.
Support the wider Emergency Planning Team as required.
The NHS Executive works in partnership for and on behalf of Welsh Government, in and with the NHS in Wales and is hosted by Public Health Wales.
Our key purpose is to drive improvements in the quality and safety of care - resulting in better and more equitable outcomes, access and patient experience, reduced variation, and improvements in population health.
