As a Home Manager, you'll:
- Manage the overall running of a medium sized Nursing Home
- Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment.
Package and Benefits:
The Home Manager will receive:
- An annual salary of £70,000, including bonus potential
- Bonus Structure payed 4 times a year

- Proven experience in a management role within an elderly nursing home setting

- Evidence of past CQC inspections, that are good or outstanding
