Sales & Operations Manager - Travel

As the Head of Sales and Operations , you will drive the sales and success of this travel company, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Playing a key role in the success of the business, you will be a natural and inspirational leader with a proven track record of delivery.
Your key objective will be to deliver a strategy through a rounded, responsive approach to achieve business targets, maximise sales revenue, optimise ROI, improve conversion, service levels and increase market share.
We are looking for a loyal, persuasive and inspirational leader capable of motivating a sales team.
At least 5 years in a similar role in worldwide travel sales
Experience in creating sales strategies that deliver growth
Strong analytical and project management skills essential
A proven track record of leading a high performing sales team
Outstanding commercial acumen and business skills
Travel industry, sales, leadership experience
