Our client is a busy food manufacturing company, who pride themselves on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in their industrial facilities.
Due to continued growth they are currently looking at introducing a new cleaning team to their business operation, as a result we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead their team of cleaners, ensuring the operation runs smoothly and the environment remains spotless.

The Cleaning Supervisor will take a hands-on role in not only being responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations during the night shift, but physically working alongside the team. The successful candidate will coordinate cleaning activities, manage a team of cleaners, ensuring holiday and sickness cover is arranged and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

- Supervise a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary.
- Respond to emergencies and special cleaning requests promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday

Duration: Temp to Perm

Proven experience in industrial cleaning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work the night shift, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
