Our client is situated on the rivers side in Windsor and a stones throw away from the historic cobbled street near Eton bridge. The hotel offer catering for hotel guests, conferences, wedding and private events. All being served food from a fresh seasonal menu.

What's involved?

This role would ideally suit an experienced Chef De Partie who is looking for their next step and new challenge. You will be working very closely with the other kitchen staff, supporting them with the day to day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Junior Sous Chef must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
