Reed Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for Remediation Case Handlers within Pensions and Investments, also known as Contingent Investigators, for the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Pay rate pre-accreditation - PAYE £162.Pay rate post-accreditation - PAYE £217.Location - fully remote (must be working in the UK)
Duration - 12 months temporary assignment
Start date - 22nd July 2024 - No holidays to be taken in the first 4 weeks
You’ll begin your assignment by joining our internal training programme, conducted remotely, to ensure we are setting you up for success.Have experience of resolving complaints/disputes and being the decision maker
Have working knowledge of the financial service industry (preferable)
Have knowledge of the pensions or investments market (desirable)
Have a focus on quality, customer service and doing the right thing
Be able to handle customer enquiries on the telephone, building rapport and remaining composed under pressure

~ This includes a telephone interview with Reed, and written assessment/case study, and a competency-based interview with the Service.
