**The Role**

As a Customer Service/Complaints Handler represent the PLC brand to support both practitioners and their clients in their journey. We’ll need you to build strong relationships, continuously obtain feedback and be the voice of the customer as we grow. You’ll be an essential part of our warm, smart, and energetic team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Customer interactions will involve complaint handling and information gathering whilst investigating client’s complaints thoroughly and keeping them informed throughout the process
- Ensure that all interactions with a customer are handled in a timely manner with a quality of response that continually exceeds the customers’ expectations from the start of the process to its completion
- Develop a detailed understanding of the companies operating systems
- Take ownership of your workload ensuring that you prioritise set tasks effectively enabling you to complete your duties to the satisfaction of the customer and the business

**Experience and Skills**
- You will have experience of working in a similar environment and have excellent customer service, communication and administrative skills.
- You will need to have previous complaints handling experience and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Specific experience confidently dealing with and resolving customer complaints.
- Highly organised, customer focused and efficient
- A confident, professional with an enthusiastic manner on the phone who is friendly, approachable and polite
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to work with accuracy at all times
- Exceptional communication skills; patient and a good listener with the ability to listen and question effectively
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task effectively
- The commitment to successfully complete industry recognised qualifications
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible and a team player
- Smart and highly presentable appearance
