Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Primary administrator for EMEA payroll (ADP Celergo) and human resources with essential responsibilities in process management, data management, and reporting. Administrator of ADP Workforce Now, our HRIS, and HelloTeams, our platform for recognition and surveys.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration

  • Conduct monthly payrolls internally on ADP (Celergo) for Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and UK & Ireland.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to compensation.
  • Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports pertaining to payroll.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries timely.
  • Administer Pensions where applicable.

HR Administration

  • Data integrity and management for our HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) including processing employment transitions during the entire employee lifecycle from new hire onboarding to termination.
  • Systems Administrator for the HelloTeams platform for performance management and recognition. This includes handling inquiries from employees, system data accuracy and capabilities.
  • Maintain updated digital employee files.
  • Conduct annual digital employee file audits.
  • Administer employment verification requests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch desirable.
  • Inhouse payroll experience on ADP Celergo in UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Netherlands.
  • Degree in HR/Accounting desirable.
  • Experience with using ADP Celergo and other HR platforms desired.
  • Multi country payroll processing experience required.
  • Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy around data.
  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, extremely organized, flexible, self-starter
