Job Summary
JAB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll and Labour Cost Team Leader to join our client's team. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Payroll Department and GHRS functions, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
- Coordinate the salary review process, including standard and budgetary cost reporting.
- Oversee the administration of the GHRS and MyPeople systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
- Review and approve labour invoices, timesheets, and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll changes, advances, starters, leavers, increases, and other payroll-related activities, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- Coordinate the salary review process, including standard cost reporting on a quarterly basis.
- Provide management reports on labour costs and monthly payroll reports, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Maintain proper records and filing systems for statutory bodies and returns, including E101 and E102 applications.
- Ensure payment orders for all payrolls are up to date, and support and liaise with HR, Organization, and ICT Manager on all necessary and ad hoc issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role.
- Full qualifications as a Payroll Manager, including relevant certifications and training.
