Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious senior carer/field care supervisor who wants to be the lead supervisor in the area and work towards Care Management. The role involves:

  1. Leading and managing a team of up to 20 care staff
  2. Assessing clients for their personal care needs
  3. Developing person-centered care plans

Full training will be provided. Candidates must be qualified to at least Level 2 Health and Social Care with a commitment to completing Level 5 within 12 months.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • First-class communication skills
  • Natural leadership abilities
  • The capability to serve as a role model for their team

A full UK driver's license is essential due to commuting requirements in the area. The position is full-time and salaried, with a possibility of part-time for the right candidate.
