At 39D, they are the go-to team for customers seeking IT support, telecoms solutions, and connectivity services. They manage IT infrastructure for over 100 businesses, delivering tailored solutions to meet their daily operational needs.
In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Network Installation & Configuration
Troubleshooting & Performance Monitoring
Day-to-Day IT Support
Network Upgrades & Optimization
Risk Management
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Monday to Friday (8am 4pm, 9am 5pm with a 1 hour break)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role
Knowledge of network protocols, VLAN configuration, lease lines, and day-to-day IT troubleshooting.
A valid driver's license and local residency for site visits.
Your Training with Baltic:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective network Engineer.
