In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team.

Using the telephone to answer incoming support calls
Resolving issues in office 365
Providing support remotely
Involvement in password resets and anti-virus configuration
Networking installation and monitoring
Laptop and computer repairs and upgrades
Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:
A general passion and interest in IT
A Grade 5/C in English and a Grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role
Monday to Friday, 37.Hybrid working 1 day at home
~25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
~ Social events Christmas parties
