Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children in a play setting
- Developing relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Assisting with daily operations and activities
- Participating in training and professional development
Training and Development:
The program offers a blended approach, including virtual classrooms, webinars, work-based tasks, and online assignments. You will receive one-to-one support and tuition from your apprenticeship tutor, with regular in-person visits or online meetings.
