Entrust is undergoing a strategic transformation of its Revenue Enablement function, and we're looking for a highly motivated Revenue Enablement Program Manager to join our team.
In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind the design, execution, and optimization of enablement programs specifically for our global, field-facing sellers . You will empower our sales teams to engage customers with confidence, consistency, and clarity , directly accelerating pipeline conversion and improving overall seller productivity.

You will be a key partner to our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
This is a hybrid role located at our office in London.
Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs covering onboarding, continuous development, and methodology adoption for field-facing sales teams.
Ensure program goals are tightly aligned with business unit priorities and global go-to-market strategies.
Integrate and reinforce the Command of the Message methodology throughout all training, coaching, and sales tools.
Partner closely with certified trainers and sales leaders to drive disciplined messaging adoption across the field organization.
Champion the use of AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, personalize learning paths, and enhance coaching effectiveness and performance insights.
Identify opportunities to automate and scale enablement workflows across different geographies and sales roles.
Content & Curriculum Development
Develop essential sales assets, including detailed playbooks, quick reference guides, and interactive training modules tailored to seller needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Performance
Partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure all enablement programs are relevant, aligned, and impactful.
Define clear success metrics, track program effectiveness, and continuously refine programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business requirements.
5+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement, or a related role supporting field sales teams.
~ Strong communication, facilitation, and superior stakeholder management skills.
~ Docebo, Highspot, Seismic) and content creation tools (e.g., Certified to deliver Command of the Message training (Bonus points).
Familiarity with conversational intelligence platforms and data-driven coaching practices.
A background in cybersecurity, identity, or data protection industries is a plus.
