As a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d)at Instagrid, you're the first point of contact for potential customers, shaping their initial impression of our company. Your mission? Spearheading the early stages of our sales pipeline by researching leads, implementing innovative engagement strategies, and delivering high-quality leads to our sales manager. Your efforts are essential to our ongoing success.

  • Lead the charge in our sales pipeline, driving growth by prospecting and qualifying new customers
  • Dive deep into client industries to gain insightful understanding, forming the foundation for effective engagement
  • Engage potential customers in persuasive conversations, highlighting the unique advantages of our solutions
  • Utilize inbound leads and outbound strategies across multiple channels to introduce prospects to Instagrid and our innovative products
  • Prepare major accounts for key meetings and independently close smaller accounts digitally
  • Continuously refine sales strategies and leverage digital tools to enhance performance
  • Embrace flexibility and adaptability, including travel to events, construction sites, and other work-related needs as necessary
  • You should have a solid background of at least 3 years in roles like Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or similar positions
  • We value your success in sales prospecting techniques such as cold calling, cold emailing, mail shoots, tenders, and social outreach
  • Proficiency in sales metrics and adeptness in using digital tools for data-driven improvements are highly desirable
  • Your friendly and engaging demeanor has been a driving force behind your success in previous roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, coupled with adept presentation abilities, are a must
  • You thrive on a structured approach, bringing a systematic mindset to market exploration and segmentation
