UK Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity
Our client is a leading cyber vendor headquartered in the United States, that is dedicated to providing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to businesses worldwide. As part of their European expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in the UK.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with 25 to 30 enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with cybersecurity solutions. This role will be home-based in the UK, with travel to customer sites and team meetings as required.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise customers to understand their business objectives and ensure successful adoption of cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upsell or cross-sell, and ensure alignment with their evolving cybersecurity requirements.
Proactively identify and address customer challenges, risks, and opportunities, working to maximize retention and renewal rates.
Provide guidance and best practices to customers to help them optimize their use of cybersecurity solutions and achieve their security objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.
5+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
~ Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
~ Proven track record of managing relationships with enterprise customers and driving customer success outcomes.
~ Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
~ Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend team meetings as needed.
