An innovative and successful global gambling brand is looking to hire a Head of Media, based in London, to manage their brand growth globally with a specific focus on the UK, LatAm and North American/CAD Markets. Along with a salary ofup to £80,000 per annum, you will also receive hybrid working, 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, an annual bonus, private healthcare & life insurance, a pension scheme, complimentary fruits & snacks and fun team socials.  As Head of Media, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the relationship with the London-based UK and CAD planning and buying agencies – and potentially find a local partner to take over the buying of CAD media.
Constantly monitoring and evaluating agency performance and deliverable vs. Leading the annual planning process for the development of the ATL element of the annual marketing strategies for the UK/CAD– working with CMO/performance marketing managers and external performance and agencies as appropriate
Working with UK and CAD agencies to monitor ATL and Sponsorship market activities (competitors) in each market and reporting on a monthly basis to the wider marketing team
Understanding marketing objectives and industry and regulatory constraints and translating these into relevant briefs as necessary
Preparing Post Campaign Analysis docs (especially for all brands spend in CAD), weekly/monthly reports, and briefs to support the above
Evaluating the effectiveness of working with different local media in different markets vs a global network agency and making a recommendation
We’re looking for a Head of Media with the following:
Extensive experience in a Senior Media focused role for a media agency or client, managing multi-million-pound ATL budgets
Experience working in a high-performance, past-faced start-up culture
Experiencing in managing both media and auditing agencies and planning and delivering successful ATL performance and brand campaigns which drive brand preference and commercial success.
Solid experience in briefing, planning and implementing integrated ANNUAL TTL media strategies, focussing on ATL media, but also including digital performance channels
Strong experience planning and buying ATL media in UK/CAD/Europe on a monthly basis with a strong understanding on how ATL advertising is bought/traded in those markets
