As the Maintenance and Facility Manager at Mobile Water Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of both equipment and facilities. The Maintenance and Facility Manager will lead a team of maintenance technicians and collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of quality across all aspects of the rental business. Develop preventive maintenance for rental equipment.
Implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration with vendors.
Oversee maintenance of buildings and facilities.
Manage improvement projects and ensure safety compliance.
Lead and train maintenance technician team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
Conduct regular safety training and investigate incidents.
Maintain accurate inventory and optimize stock levels.
Maintain detailed records and generate performance reports.

Coordinate maintenance schedules with other departments.
Participate in the on-call Rota to support the business requirements.
Bachelor's degree or HNC in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Proven experience in equipment maintenance and facility management, preferably in the rental industry.
Budget management and cost control experience
A good level of English language to communicate effective and clear with both technical and non-technical personnel, including clients, team members, and supervisors.
Knowledge of Google Application Suite and/or Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Possess a valid Driver's License to drive in the region.
A willingness to travel frequently to different locations to support sales efforts as needed.
