Shape and deliver a clear internal communications strategy that uses digital and print channels effectively to keep colleagues informed, engaged, and connected to the organisation's goals.
Plan for the future of these channels, introducing improvements and new ideas to keep them fresh and effective.
Make sure all content is accurate, relevant, and reflects the organisation's priorities and values.
Take ownership of digital tools such as the intranet, working with suppliers to keep them running smoothly and improve functionality.
Bring creative thinking to campaigns and content that support the bigger picture.
Confident in planning and delivering content across digital platforms, email, social tools, and print.
Comfortable using data to understand performance and make improvements.
Creative and adaptable, with a calm approach under pressure.
