Qualifications:

  • BE/MBA with at least the last 12 to 15 years selling ‘Engineering services’ in Medical Devices to Fortune 500 customers
  • S hould have handled a portfolio of accounts and above and has experience in delivering services
  • Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos and managing the growth of existing clients with strong negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

  • Driving end-to-end business development pursuit as an individual contributor.
  • Account mining, supersizing for existing accounts, and new logo creations (both farming and hunting roles)
  • Responsible for coordinating sales efforts across a cross-functional team mapping and interacting with CTOs, CPOs, VP of Engineering, and R&D stakeholders
  • Identifying prospects, and qualifying for new opportunities.
