We are looking for skilled and ambitious people to join the team, it's an exciting time to get on board as new sites open and increases capabilities.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Remain highly organised to plan and distribute the workload effectively.
  • Raise all movement orders for plant machinery. Ensure that these orders are in place before delivery of the products that fall within STGO.
  • Maintain accurate records of all driver holidays and absence.
  • Working closely with the Head of Transport, Depot Manager & Transport Manager - raise order numbers, parts & labour to local suppliers.
  • Support vehicle inspections and compliance events with the Transport Manager.
  • Find new ways of working, streamline processes and improve standards where possible.
  • Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met across the department.
  • Identify and report any department savings where possible.
  • Work with payroll to supply weekly timesheets.
  • HS2 site bookings.
  • Continued communication with customers to update arrivals and answer any queries.

  • Natural ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of plant machinery and the willingness to learn.
  • The ability to hold yourself to high-standards.

Whilst construction or asset rental sector experience is desirable - we are also open to any strong administrators with a stable work history who are looking to take the next step in their career
