Job Overview

Florin Healthcare have been assigned to exclusively work with an established care provider to find a new Registered Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a small sized elderly care that provides nursing and residential care with dementia care for elderly residents.

This service is new to the group and has a lot of potential. It has a good reputation in the area and has excellent reviews on carehome uk website along with good relationships with the local authorities. With this home being new to the group, the new manager will have autonomy to run the home as they would like and a chance to implement their own management style.

Salary

Up to £55k per annum plus potential bonuses

Candidate requirements

* To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Registered Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.

* You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.

* As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business

* Open to NON nurse applications also
