A leading, highly successful, multi-office Estate and Letting Agent, currently requires an experienced Sales Progressor to join its team.
It is seeking a passionate experienced professional who is excellent at building relationships externally and internally and possess outstanding problem-solving skills. Ensuring the customer’s sale / purchase is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Sales Progressor Duties Include:
Ensure solicitors, sellers, and purchasers. are aware of all any changes and updates.
Checking authority to exchange/contracts/leases/transfers, getting documents signed, scanned, and returned to solicitors.
Liaise with Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.
Ensure money laundering documents are obtained and meet all anti money laundering criteria.
Ensure all staged payments are received on or before the correct date.
Carry out world checks once advance payments are received.
Sales Progressor Experience:
Sales progression within property sector
Legal conveyancing knowledge
Customer focused, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Competent in all Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all situations.
Able to work on own initiative and be comfortable dealing with all stakeholders and be well organised and show effective diary management.
