NIBE Element manufactures components and solutions for intelligent heating and control for industry and infrastructure.
Heat Trace is a manufacturing and engineering company with our headquarters and main manufacturing unit in Helsby Cheshire, we also have two manufacturing facilities at Bredbury, Stockport. The prime activity of the business is the manufacture of highly technical heating cables for use predominantly in the oil and gas and advanced processing industries.
The Main Purpose of the post will be to combine technical knowledge with sales skills to consult with existing and potential new customer on a wide range of products.
Expand market awareness of products and expertise, managing projects and relationships with customers
Provide both pre and after sales advice
Support customer service/sales team with queries and customer requestsMain Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs, handle queries, agree specifications, engineering adaptations of products
Develop and support customer base, identify new markets, potential customers and new accounts
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet customer/company need
Generate technical sales proposals and contracts
Maintain customer communication and sales in CRM
Develop, manage and deliver sales administration, reports and data
Research options/request quotes for outsourced components of project/custom product
Support the wider sales team as required
Develop and maintain long term customer relationships
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education/after sales support
HNC or Degree in a suitable engineering, technical or mechanical disciplineExperience:
Technical Engineering/Specifications
Customer facing / sales role (Desirable)
Offshore manufacturing (Desirable)
Managing project work, multiple projects simultaneously
Commercial AcumenDesirable Knowledge / Proven Ability:
Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
Use of CRM systemsDesirable Skills:
Solidworks /AutoCAD LT/AutoCAD InvertorPersonal Qualities (Essential) :
