This company is a trusted leader in veterinary and medical equipment, with our flagship brand, setting the standard in the animal health industry. We're seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketer to join our expanding marketing team. This role focuses on curating and delivering impactful digital content while managing online advertising campaigns to drive brand engagement and sales
As a Digital Marketer , you will play a key role in executing this companys digital marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, managing social media, running online ad campaigns, and optimising website and e-commerce performance. With the opportunity to help shape our brand voice and digital presence, this role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
On occasion, you may also contribute to marketing initiatives across the broader Burtons Group.
Content Creation & Social Media:
Develop engaging content from topics, customer stories, and company achievements for social media platforms.
Maintain and adapt brand voices across multiple channels to enhance customer engagement.
Schedule, monitor, and evaluate the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
Create engaging video content following the brand guidelines for a variety of channels
Online Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimise online ad campaigns, including Google Ads, paid social media, and shopping campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
Email Marketing:
Utilise Hubspot CRM to design and execute email campaigns that engage and inform.
Website Management:
Regularly update and optimise content, products, and promotions on e-commerce sites.
Manage pricing updates, implement sales campaigns, and improve user experience to maximise conversions.
Work with team members and other departments to produce high-quality content for digital platforms.
Support the launch of new products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Performance Reporting:
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights to the Head of Marketing and E-commerce.
A creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and storytelling.
Experience in managing online ad campaigns, including Google Ads and shopping campaigns, HubSpot CRM, and email marketing tools.
Proven experience with building audience growth and engagement across social media platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
Experience with HTML, Magento or another E-commerce based website
Degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
