We are looking for experienced professionals in this space with a zeal for entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to create, build and execute this new journey with global enterprise customers.
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will lead efforts to promote and sell Aeris’ Acuity and Watchtower solutions to enterprise customers. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual capable of driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, and leveraging Aeris' IoT security and management platforms to deliver measurable value. The Regional Sales Director will report to the Vice President, Security Sales EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Acuity and Watchtower solutions.
- Identify and engage decision-makers at key enterprise accounts, focusing on industries where IoT deployments are critical (e.g., healthcare, energy, automotive).
- Present tailored solutions demonstrating Acuity’s capabilities for operational efficiency, security, and compliance and Watchtower’s Zero Trust security benefits.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities, progressing deals through all stages of the sales funnel to closure.
- Act as the primary interface between clients and Aeris, collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Stay informed about IoT trends, security frameworks, and compliance mandates to align customer needs with product offerings.
- Represent Aeris at relevant industry events to increase brand awareness and prospect engagement.
- Close contracts with new enterprise firms, specifically around the Aeris Security Center offering.
- Proven sales success in technology or IoT markets.
- Strong knowledge of IoT ecosystems, including security and connectivity management.
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions, with a preference for Zero Trust or security-related products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-travel role.
This position is targeted for the London market and it is expected that this individual will spend time working out of our offices in Hammersmith in a hybrid style fashion.
