The successful candidate will play an integral role in the legal department, where a strong, likable personality, positive attitude and collaborative working style are valued, alongside legal acumen.

Counseling and providing strategic advice regarding the processing of personal information under EMEA wide data protection laws.
Working with the Global Privacy Counsel, update and maintain compliance of the business' internal and external privacy policies with general best privacy practices.
Advise the on collection, use, sharing, and disposal of personal data in connection with consumer promotions and customer relationship management.
Strategize with the company’s cross-functional teams with respect to data classification, data retention, and information governance.

Minimum three years of experience at a firm, in-house or regulatory agency focused on issues related to privacy, data protection, and information management.
Expert knowledge of privacy and data protection laws and practices, including General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
the ability to absorb complex legal issues and communicate these issues in a simple and understandable manner to a non legal audience.
Embrace teamwork and work closely on a day to day basis with other members of the business' tight-knit and non-hierarchal legal team.
