Secure Healthcare has expanded rapidly over the next few months so now we are in a position to offer roles for Community Care Assistants in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Cannock and Lichfield areas (You will be assigned to your nearest area based on postcode) Secure Healthcare Solutions is a homecare provider. Working with adults and children in their own homes. We provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions. We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all times. We support clients with a wide range of conditions We are looking for new candidates that would like to develop their career. Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Community Care Assistants must be willing to:

  • Assist/provide personal care
  • Provide Nutrition and hydration support
  • To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
  • To attend meet and greets with the service user and family

06:30am – 14:30pm 14:30pm – 22:30pm \*Below is our pay rates for each area. Please note that the advertised pay rate is more than below as it includes mileage in the pay rate.\* Wolverhampton/Walsall Driver - £11.82-£12.32 per hour Walker - £11.82 – £12.32 per hour (only Wolverhampton area- Driving required for other areas) Cannock and Staffordshire area - Driver - £11.82 - £12.32 All drivers get 0.25p per mile from their first call. You will also be paid wait time between any calls.
