Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking a Head of IT to join our IT team.

As our Head of IT you will plan, organise, and manage staff and overall IT service provision to ensure the stable operation of core IT provision. This includes developing and agreeing SLA’s for internal and external service provision across the technical landscape. You will lead the onboarding of any external service providers and will build a full end to end incident management framework aligned to ITiL. Additionally you will also contribute directly when required across all aspects of the core IT provision and services that will enable business objectives.

We would like you to:

  • Develop an IT service provision roadmap including first, second, third line support, Application support and site services utilising third party services where appropriate
  • Ensure the efficient utilisation of IT support resources – including personnel and technology – across the organisation
  • Provide input into RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for IT implementations and projects
  • Provide reporting and dashboards on service levels and incident management
  • Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Design and implement an incident management framework

We would like you to have:

  • A good track record of managing and delivering an IT service provision
  • Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments
  • Knowledge of current and relevant protocols and standards
  • Application support and management experience
  • Good knowledge of Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills
