Administrator - Facilities Helpdesk Operator

We are looking to recruit a full time Helpdesk Services administrator for a busy maintenance company based in langrish, just outside of petersfield.
You will be based full time at their head office, the office is a little difficult to get to using public transport, so ideally you would need your own transport, there is plenty of free parking.
00pm Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break.
Maintaining the company database and dealing with all admin with the department / and dealing Technicians worksheets and schedules.
Some experienced in handling telephone calls and dealing with customers, suppliers, external contractors and engineers / technicians but this isnt essential, the company is offering a full training and see the role as a trainee role to, but this woukld be reflected in the salery.

Computer literate (database, Word, Excel, e mail)
Good knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
Experience of working in a role were you have been managing, planning, scheduling engineers or contractors or tradesman would be an advantage.
Starting holiday allowance is 23 days plus bank holidays.
On site car parking. Car ownership is essential if your are not local to langrish
