In this role you will play a pivotal role in building relationships, client base and promoting a range of engineering solutions
This is an exciting opportunity for growth, training and advancement
Handling customer enquiries, via the phone and online forms
Coordinate with internal teams, including service technicians, trainers, and spare parts specialists, to address client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate closely with senior sales representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities related to, training, servicing, hire fleet, and spare parts
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to introduce our range of products and services
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure their needs are met effectively
Manage and update CRM software with accurate records
, Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards using CRM software or other analytics tools
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the manufacturing industry (preferred)
Flexibility to travel occasionally for trade shows etc.
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00
