Team Assistant/Facilities for prestigious yachting company.
This is a fantastic and DIFFERENT role - NOT Finance and working for world leaders in their field. Supporting the top of their league team there is so much to this role. You would be wearing a different hat every day - including a sun hat on some There is a large learning curve in this role and a great opportunity to progress in this luxury goods/yaching/travel world. Some of your duties would include:-
Organising travel arrangements and entertainment that might go with the trip
Assisting with ensuring facilities and office is maintained and run well
Liaising with Captains regarding yacht visits etc
Preparing external client mailings
Welcoming clients to the office, expenses, etc.
Organising client's gifts etc.
Updating website and social media and assisting with photos etc. for brochures
Sending out brochures to clients
Send out client newsletters
Forming relationships with clients ' PAs and organising gifts
What you need and or what would be useful:-
Knowledge of Photoshop
Office management/facilities experience
English mother tongue - Italian and French a bonus
Excellent IT skills
High attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
