Key Responsibilities: * Strategise and execute plans to significantly increase membership growth and retention. * Innovate and implement member engagement and satisfaction initiatives, ensuring our members feel valued and supported. * Spearhead communication efforts, ensuring our members are always in the loop and well-supported. * Oversee the development and delivery of top-notch member benefits and services. * Analyse data to drive decisions, reporting directly on the impact of initiatives. * Manage budgets with a keen eye for ROI, ensuring every pound spent advances our mission. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the member experience.
